Randy Clouden (third row, third right) joined Atlanta Mayor Shirley
Franklin, local government and CARICOM officials from Belize, Dominica,
Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Organization of American
States (OAS) for a workshop on Opportunities & Threats in the
Caribbean Single Market Economy. The training took place in Atlanta,
Georgia, USA April 20 - 22nd and was sponsored by CIFAL Atlanta, the North
American affiliate of the United Nations Institute for Training and
Research (UNITAR).
