                                             R.E. (Randy) Clouden MBA, CFP - Trinidad and Tobago

Born and educated in Trinidad & Tobago.  Received a Bachelor Science degree in Economics (B.Sc.) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham University in New York , specializing in Marketing & International Business.  Have over twenty-five years experience in financial marketing, investment and business consulting.  Worked in New York City within areas of accounting, finance and marketing spending, five years with the Wall Street Transcript as a distribution and logistics specialist.  

As a founding member of the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange, assisted in the development of the legal and operational framework for the Stock exchange.  During the six years as elected member of the Board of the Stock Exchange, participated in a number of projects, including the development of a Merger and Acquisition Code for businesses. Lectured at the Trinidad and Tobago Government Institute on Investment.

Worked for nine years as Managing Director and stockbroker of a full service Investment Banking firm with responsibility for the purchase and sale of stocks, bonds and other investment units.  Participated in a seven member syndicate that succeeded in underwriting a New Issue and Offer for Sale of $40 million.  Analyzed financial statements and prepared business plan for debt and equity financing for clients.  Successfully negotiated the acquisitions of small and medium size businesses on behalf clients.  

Was as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with the Investors Group Inc. and a level 2 Insurance Representative with the Great West Assurance Company of Canada for 11 years, offering for sale a wide range of investment contracts, mutual funds and insurance products.  Developed and maintained excellent relationship with over 300 clients by offering financial advice on investment options, retirement savings plans, pension plan and estate planning.  

Currently a Real Estate Consultant with The Executive Realty Group in Georgia , specializing in the sale and purchase commercial and residential properties. Volunteer with a number of organizations including the Advisory Committee on International Relations for the City of Atlanta and the International Association of Caribbean Organizations, (IACO). Enjoy golf, lawn tennis, chess and photography.
